I think you may be right. I was thinking he looked slightly challenging, but up to something might be a better description.

What I saw in it? It is a beautiful sunny spring day but poor Dr. Bob is stuck inside with all of his paper work (notice the table by the window).

Dr. Bob is awesome, but I think his picture is somewhat sinister looking with half his face shadowed and avoiding the light. How about something more bright and cheerful, Dr. Bob? And show some teeth!
