drunk'n blurr

i managed to handel the holidays with large amounts of alcohol.
still drinking.....
i jumped off the wagon into the holiday snow.
now i cantstop-i know the depression is next.
not going to stop.

I don't know about your history..but..
Relapse is normal with drink especially at this time of year.
Depends why you need the booze..are you too irritable so need to calm down ..too depressed so need to get up? Boredom , loneliness ? need the escapism of sedation to stop the head noise?

It's good that you admit boozing...I don't drink now but I saw my favourite wine in the supermarket and it took alot of courage to walk away.
I have a drunken blurred past ..
