VPA is like the airbrakes on those big trucks on the interstate-it can be a very effective brake, but not much on the acceleration side of things. However, I have noticed that those big trucks have all of that neat Christmas-like lighting all over them which make them seem to resemble those very super-deep-sea fish that show off their bioluminescence.

Yep...I keep lifting a little. last night euphoric~lovely...fell asleep though and I dreamt of maggots inside my rotting body~not so lovely...my mood fell. I'm hoping that mood gets worse before it gets bettr
