Hmm. Obviously you haven't visited Admin yet. (grin)

I hate that you're in the pit again. But hang on to the thought that to those of us on the bipolar spectrum, what goes down inevitably comes up again.

Do you think it's the meds changes, or the stress of moving? Or just one of those things? It seems like a lot of us are on a downward wave right now.

Your new place is nice? Do you get lots of sun? I hope you get regular access to the internet soon, for selfish reasons. I miss you...

This post is probably quite rambling as I am still half asleep. But basically I'm trying to say that I miss you and I hope you are feeling at least a bit better soon.

Dearest dreamer,

I don't suppose you'd consider going back to Zyprexa for at least a while? Change is destabilizing, even good change, and if you're feeling unwell, it may be that you need the Zyprexa right now. And if you think I'm gorgeous, you must not mind some med induced weight gain *that* much. :)

If not, then I hope the ghost is a friendly one and the voices are kind. I know they do CBT with that sort of problem. Is it available where you are? Someone was describing it on PPB. Of course, I think it's supposed to be used in addition to meds, not instead of.

And as for self medicating, are you sure it's not making matters worse? And that it isn't interacting with any of your meds?

OK, enough of my nagging for today. Occupational hazard for a mom, you know. But I do care about you, and would like to see you feeling better. Is your pdoc available for you to call and let him know what's going on?

Take care, dreamer.

You are not alone... Lovely Dreamer, what is it that you mean (seriously) about the neurontin? Headblock as in cognitive problems? Blasta? Soldier? I want to know what it does to you.
Sorry you are in cyber-cafes, but who the hell cares if Joe Nutjob is looking over your shoulder? Tell him to buzz off...

Keep us posted,

Jeepers, I missed you. While you were gone Doc Bob declared that flirting is supportive. What a relief, ey? I think it's probably just... he couldn't bear the thought of banning your flirts to him.

I'm used to all the strangeness Dinah...I'll get a Depakote increase--seeing doc Monday--I am on med rations due to taking more whilst moving--I've stopped self medicating myself--it was only in social setting twice or thrice.
I'll ask for Klonopin this time.

But I won't nag anymore anyway. :) It sounds like you have it under control. (But that doesn't mean I don't care.)

Those were interesting cravings you were having on Zyprexa. I wonder if that's listed as a side effect... I don't remember being especially hungry when I gained my 50 pounds on Luvox. I don't even remember eating any differently. Of course, I don't remember much else from that time either. (grin)

Take care, dreamer.

And how about those knees!

What knees? Tabitha

He suggested hospital...I declined and he increased my meds and wasn't very nice because I wasn't very nice.

Been there, done that... At least you have a long term relationship with him so he'll forgive you. I lost a top notch pdoc that way once. Although, actually I didn't find him to be all that good, despite his reputation.
