I hope things get better for you soon. But I don't know what to tell you that might help.

wish I could help. I've gotten the awakes lately and I learned one thing: if you decide to take a sleeping aid at 3 a.m., don't take doxylamine. I slept for eight hours (despite alarm clock) and was still woozy until evening.

Wish I could give you a suggestion for sleeping, Alii. But my problem is I sleep too easily & too much. Mind you, when depression does hit bad, I might fall asleep easy but would wake between 3-4 AM & not be able to fall back asleep.
Gravol (motion sickness pills) would make me drowsy enough to fall asleep in 2 hours. Have you ever tried them? They're pretty mild & wear off about 6 hours later.
Rather than reading Dante, maybe you should do like me & take some real heavy technical reading to bed. It makes me sleepy faster than anything else.
This is the end of the thread.
