A friend at work gave it to me so I'll read it tonight. It looks excellent with a lot of personnal stories, graphs, a cool drawing of the brain.
I'd say it's worth stealing from your doctors office.

Not worth buying. I read it online. I did think the link to the young woman who just released a book was interesting, though. I don't have the highest resect for TIME. It used to be better. It's basically become a fluff magazine.
