Not being a big TV fan, I am really excited when I find a show that I really like. Did anyone see Monk last Friday night? I heard both the director and the guy who plays Monk in the show. (On Fresh
Air, my favorite radio show-NPR.)It's about a detective who developed OCD after his wife was murdered and he couldn't solve the case.
The OCD is way overdone, so I hope you guys won't think it's offensive. I didn't. It's really a combo of humor amd and non-humor (word?).So they call Monk into cases they can't solve, because he is brillant, in spite of the fact he's on leave from the force because of his fears.
I watched the pilot (2 hours) after I heard these guys of the radio and was really impressed. Now it
moved to a one hour show Friday, 10pm EST, on USA. If the hour show is a good as the pilot, then I highly recomend itShelli
