When I'd do something dumb (but not bad) or felt too stressed out, my sons used to tease me lovingly. They'd pat me on the shoulder, saying "that's okay Mom. We'll put you in a nice safe home." And I used to say "please do! Someone to look after me & cook & clean instead."
A spa sounds good, as long as I get to choose the soothing music. I bet they cost an arm & leg though. I'm trying to set my place up for comfort & stress relief right now.
I went down to the store I work at to pick up my prescription wearing my favourite jammie bottoms & T-shirt type top. I couldn't believe the people who came up to me to comment on my jammies. AND they were compliments! I think it was Shar who talked about gardening in a nightie, & how accessories were everything. The simple pearl necklace dresses up anything (& no, I wasn't wearing any accessories but next time should wear the jammie tops with the bottoms & a pearl strand just to see what happens.

Lying on a massage table under a banyan tree on the pure white sand of a Maui beach having a powerful yet gentle masseuse rubbing oil on your back. Got your attention? Been there, no money, just maxed my credit cards and still paying but it was all worth it :-) Judy

You can't beat them for value, entertainment, food, and relaxation. Plus, they have spas ;-)

Okay, how about this:
I spent a week on Royal Caribbean's "Voyager of the Seas" in February. It has a mini golf course on the upper deck as well as a roller blading track, basketball court, volleyball, ping-pong, an ice rink AND rock climbing wall (not to mention the pools and hot tubs). Premium chocolate can be bought at pretty steep prices, but you can get all kinds of yummy desserts whenever you feel like it. Just thinking about it makes me itch to go back. I love eating fresh fruit and Belgian waffles with real whipped cream for breakfast looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows. Much as I love Royal Caribbean, Celebrity has my vote for the most decadent food and superior service. I felt like royalty when we cruised with Celebrity. There's only one problem with cruising...it's rough when you get off the boat and have to take care of yourself again.
