I'm very tentative on this one, and not actually planning to get into anything detailed or a discussion.
Just wanting to know what 'ordinary' US folk (like some PSBers) are thinking about the possible war on Iraq? Do you think its a good idea? The only people we see on TV here are Bush and the senior US Defense spokesman.
Apologies for asking here- I dont know of any other way of finding out. I only need a brief reply and wont get into arguing about it (either way). It does have a little relevance to PSB as it is preying on my mind at the moment.

PS You may also be interested to hear that there was lots of TV coverage of the memorials to the 6 months since 11th Sept here. We havent forgotten about that.

I want a war on Enron. If George Bush were serious about fighting terrorism, those criminals would be sitting in a tent in Cuba, too.
I want a war on the KKK and the neo-Nazis and the clinic-bombing anti-abortionists, as well. And then we should figure out why our government trains the terrorists and puts them in power in the first place.
The war against terrorism, if it is to accomplish anything and be taken seriously by anyone, should begin right here.
