I am a big Tick fan - coming to TV as a sitcom in November.
Hope this doesn't offend anyone, but I never caught that there's a manic depressive character in the bunch called Bi-Polar Bear:

I am laughing so hard...

> - K.Yes, it is a favorite of mine, I missed the bipolar bear too...funny, now that I remember it, I was managing an accounting practice when I first saw Arthur. (There is an accountant I knows who looks just like him.)

The characters seem to really hit it on the head. American Maid is the perfect feminist. The Tick the perfect do-gooder without a brain. I just love it. I hope the TV show does it justice...

Yea! Another Tick fan! I have met so few folks who know who he is. The link above is a pretty good site about him, show included.
Putty from Seinfeld plays him, which I think should work out fine.
The network has been teasing us with a show for a at least a year so I have my fingers crossed. My guess is it gets cancelled toot sweet, so I'm going to tape them. ;)

Hi,
I didn't catch on it was with REAL people...Nov 1 will be a read letter day for me. MY VCR will be full of gas and all warmed up.Do you/have you seen Samari Jack? Monday nights, cartoon network, 8pm
Then there is Nero Wolfe, with Archie Goodwin. But it looks like there aren't any new ones on lately....

I have not seen Samari Jack but am now looking greatly forward to it.
Yes, live characters but only some of them as you can imagine. I don't think Bi-Polar Bear, LOL again, made the cut.
I have friends who love Nero Wolfe as well, so I need to be diligent and start watching...
