Is anyone taking Depakote ER, and does it help? I've been on it for one month, and my husband says it is helping me, he can tell, but I had a rough morning and half the afternoon today; so do these mood swings still come from time to time? And what causes them?

I took Depakote ER in adition to lithium and it helped. But I had to give it up because my hands started tto shake.
For an anti-depressant now I'm using omega3 fatty acids and 1 100 mg WEllbutrin SR a week (is that what is doing the work or the omega3 fatty acids).
