If its not one thing, then it is another syndrome

As I have been sharing, I am doing so much better emotionally (only problem now is the fatigue factor). To help with the fatigue (and the excessive weight gain from some of the meds I have taken over the past two years), I have been trying to get out and walk almost every day - not far and not fast - just 20 minutes or so. I have a history of knee trouble. So wouldn't you know - my right knee has been acting up. Got to the point that I went to the doc two months ago. New med for a deep ache I was having helped, but the grinding just has gotten worse, so back I went to the doc. So of course, I have to go to the specialist later this month. The way it is feeling, I am sure it is going to need some cleaning out (had that done about 14 years ago). Kinda frustrating, isn't it!

Yeah, with me it is my left knee, 16 years ago. It doesn't hurt now like it did when I reinjured it a year ago and I went to see a PT and have been walking and doing pool exercises, tho I do have some grinding....hmmmm....maybe I should have it looked at again....I know being 30 lbs heavier than I should be contributes to the problem. I have been very good about taking glucosamine sulfate. Both my Family MD and the Naturapathic doc I see for nutrition recommended it. And, it seems to have made a difference. As Mark Twain (I think) once said, Why not? it can't hurt.
