Lost my sense of humour

Posted by dreamer on May 24, 2001, at 14:26:17

Life's become too...... ? I'm blissfully boring .
I used to laugh too much usually at nothing now I display a one sided grin ,I don't even miss the pain of laughter, the stupidity the loss of control.I have no ambition or worries no fear of death, my cynicism turned to indifference.
Time for a drug holiday or remain on my fluffy cloud?

Dreamer

I've had similar moments. I don't know if it's the drugs, the depression, or our nature.

Things are going really well for me, but by the end of the day I'm usually ready to call it quits or dream of it. Bizarre.

I think some of us have to be happy with little bleeps of normality. Kinda sad, reminds me of an indoor cat watching out the window.

Hi Willow,
It's good to hear your'e doing well.I'm okay now, I seem to only post here when feeling miserable or in a hyper state, usually I look back at what I wrote and feel somewhat embarrased.
All the self analysing and med searching I just chase my own tail, it's time to accept what each day brings .Something wonderful always emerges from the muddy whirlpools and folks on this site help to smooth my emotional roller coaster.
wishing you all the best ~dreamer.

I think when we're feeling crappy, especially mentally, this place is a safer forum than say a social function. I've rambled incoherently and thank goodness those posts are just ignored. I guess everyone here can relate.

BEST WISHES
Willow
