Does anyone have a yoga tape recommendation for depression. The latest issue of Redbook featured "the warrior pose" as being a help, so I tried it and did feel a bit better. I'm eager to know more.
I know tapes aren't as good as classes, but I'm much more likely to do a tape than a class.

Yeah, I'm going to reiterate that statement. Classes are _much_ better than tapes. You can do poses incorrectly and possibly cause damage to your muscles if you don't have someone around to help straighten your posture out. It's so worth it. I took yoga a few years back and have ever since meant to find an instructor where I'm living now.
