Hi,
I've been told that I may benefit from Dialectic? Behavioral Therapy for my self injury. If anyone has been through this or is familiar with it, I would really appreciate your input. Thank you! Judy

Thank you, that was an excellent article. I did get a little depressed about the inference that this is the treatment for borderline personality disorder, I started thinking maybe the doc was inferring I had this too. But thank you again- Judy
