I want out. I guess I'm just making this statement because I need to tell someone without being looked down upon for it. I have really potent options by which to kill myself. My moods are up and down day by day. I am not stable, but I don't want hospitalization. I don't blame any of you for being burnt out by this. It just helps to write it down.

Cass, you must be suffering a lot to feel such an urgency about this. Please get help to keep you safe until you are well enough to keep yourself safe.
A lot of folks here would be devastated to lose you if you acted on these feelings. Devastated.
I have been in a place where the suffering was awful and I didn't feel I could bear more. I am so glad I stuck around to see this side of it, and I hope you will do that.
Putting yourself between a rock and a hard place--that is part of the awful torture of depression. Please allow yourself to get help. Please.

I just wanted to remind you that while today might be awful, it is possible for tomorrow to improve. I was just rereading some of your earlier posts---sometimes you are in a place where you have hope. I know it is there, but perhaps it is out of reach for you today. But that doesn't mean it is gone.

Cass,
You are a fantastic and wonderful woman: highly intelligent, sensitive and compassionate, loving and generous, and a delight to all who know you. This hell you are experiencing is just a bad dream, a temporary condition that seems permanent and real -- please do not give in to its cruel illusion. Live to triumph over it and to help others. You are too precious to lose.
Love,
Mark H.

Cass,
I love the title of your post.
You are in my thoughts and hopes for better days. You can't wear us down, we are like a tag team here. If I'm not feeling strong enough, sane enough to let you know I care about you, I know that others here who care about you will reach out to you. Just grab on.
Shar
