Dream

Posted by gadchik on November 14, 2012, at 15:27:50

My son,now 20,and recently left for college, came to me in a dream. He was 1,in diapers only. He reached out and I hugged him,and I held on...I was then transported to ocean's edge, with massive waves coming in dragging me out to sea. I awoke, crying. 20 years ago, when he was born,I had a dream that I was in a blizzard and the snow was piling up over my head, smothering me. I awoke breathless, weighed down with responsibility. Wow,motherhood...what a journey it's been.

Gadchik the journey of responsibility now is longing for a day of your Son back as a toddler. I've had the same type of dreams. P

yes,its tough right now. Im suppressing my sadness during the day, so its coming out at night in my dreams. I will adjust, it's just a new "normal",and change has always been my nemesis. I usually plunge into depression, not so this time. How can klonopin be keeping me from it? I guess its just how my brain works,a benzo is an antidepressant for me!

Yes they say that suppressed emotions do come out in dreams. The klonopin is your ad or benzos are also mine. We are all different. I wonder what a google on dreams says? P
