Things are going very, very well with Bayleigh. For the first time since January, I am sleeping without the aid of either Flexeril or Xanax. I actually slept for 9 hours last night. She is like a miracle!

A good dog really is a miracle in our lives.
I'm glad you two are doing well.

That's great she helps you to feel safe and secure. Does she sleep with you? My one does. Great my first pup was my real first love as he loved me like no human ever could. Love Phillipa

And she did great. T said I could bring her whenever I want, although obviously she is a huge distraction, so I can't bring her every week. But we needed a week like this. We talked very briefly about last week and whether or not that was helpful for me. I told T that I didn't know if it would help me deal with her leaving, but it did help me feel connected to her again. So I guess that's enough for now.

:)
My therapist would pitch a conniption if I brought even my littlest. They might get a hair on his rug.
Your therapist is super cool.

She is. And she LOVES dogs. I took a lint brush to clean up the hair, though. She has an emerald green carpet, so I knew Bayleigh's hair would show. T didn't care, but I did. LOL
