I'm glad it has helped. I know I often wonder if I really just imagined something or made something out to be a bigger deal than it was. It helps to have others react the same way to validate my impression. I'm glad to hear that's what we've done for you, if I'm understanding that right.

Just for the record, I would love to go and heckle him at this presentation. He needs to be exposed. Who will hold T's accountable when they cause tremendous emotional harm to their clients, and they do it intentionally because they take care of their own needs instead of (and at the expense of) their clients?
