i have this image that i've had, i even remember sensations that went along with it but i ccan't remember anymore of it. i want/need to. it's about my 'mother'. i've tried to put myself in the scene again (didn't work) use what she used (didn't work). is there a way i can force more of this broken memory out?
i just feel i need all this stuff out of me now. and i don't see my T till wednesday.
:(oh, and i'm going to take some time off work, so i may not be around for the next couple weeks. i know i'll post about how i handled christmas gathering of family. i'm nervous. but my t gave me this great poem and he highlighted a section of it and he said it fits me and my situations with gatherings out of town.
Dark is yonder town,
dark are those within
you are the brown swan
going within fearlessly
their hearts beneath your hand
their tongues beneath your foot
no word will they utter to do you ill.b2c.

Cool poem, thanks.
The memories come when your ready. I wouldn't force them. I don't think it'll make everything ok. I think there's a reason the memories DON'T come when WE want them. I think its best just to relax (HA! wouldn't I like to do THAT) and try not to push it.
Thats my thots.
I'm religious so I figger on God letting me know when its the right time for stuff. Thats how I do it. Throw all the crap in Gods lap. Apparently He doesn't mind at all.
I have problems when I keep trying to do it all myself.
Glad you hanging in all right B2. Try notto obsess, thats what I do sometimes. Thank godness for my IRL kids. They keep me hopping.
Muffled.
This is the end of the thread.
