2,400 pages in pdf? Let me know if you find it. Not that I need to know any more than I already do, but just curious if it's out there. A lot of secrecy and non-transparency going on, but surely it must be available somewhere.

i don't know much about the bill or which one was signed, but I do know the Library of Congress publishes a copy of every bill online:

That is the 2500 page-long bill. Hope its the one you are looking for.
