Today is a wonderful day for the United States and the whole world, and particularly for Kenya and Indonesia.
As for me, it has been 28 years coming, and I never expected it.

I cried tears of joy and hope listening to the swearing in and the speech following the inauguration.

Maybe I might consider becoming a US citizen. Yes, breaking news, you read it here. I meet the residency criteria and now there is has been a leader elected that has given me faith in the democratic process. It's been a long time coming.

I read on one site people saying that Lowry was racist.
There they are on a building built at least partly by slaves, Lowry is an old civil rights bloke I gather, and because he says at the end something about whites choosing what's right, people start saying he's racist.
Then there's the question of where the land came from.
And then there's the history of the European peoples since the Spanish in the 1600s.

I know that my Indian friends will be happy (chuckling) that he mentioned them. (red man)......too many people are too quick to criticize what we do here in America. I support the U.S.!!!!
