With the Dems. I hope we can get some enlightenment in Washington on mental health issues and some relief from the burden of paying through the nose for pharmaceuticals.
Anything else we can hope for? Anybody up for getting a lobbying effort for the recognition of mental health issues. I know there are groups that (supposedly) do this already, but I haven't heard or seen much out of them. My guess is there is some entrenched bureaucracy fighting turf wars. Is there anybody really doing anything on the political front?

I get alerts and news from NAMI and they stay busy with Congress. I'd say that they are the most vocal now.
We made some headway this year.
