I signed that petition.
I don't have cable so I am limited to the networks, PBs and CW.
I have noticed within the last month that our local Fox station has really begun to go outside their "Austin" box and are featuring more of the national commentators than before. I do like the local news anchors on the Fox channel..but this is too much for me.
I've switched to ABC.

Fox News is worse than racist and I've only seen it once, and that was on Outfoxed.
No one IME has ever used the press like Murdoch has.
But surely Murdoch has already backed Obama with his other publications?

For decades now our government has given him and his ilk tens of millions *a year* in favourable decisions.
In his defence you could say he offers a tenure for intellectuals no one else would ever employ.
We miss the previous government but we still have Rupert.

I avoid all articles about Murdoch. I haven't read one about him in over a year.
I know that he is a rich and influential slimeball. H really, really scares me. I fear that he and his ilk will own all of our media before it is over. By the time the fat lady sings..

That's right.
Anyway I would expect Murdoch to be heavily backing Obama. He has always backed the ALP when it looked like winning. And of course he can back the others as well.
He never fails to back a winner.
Over time though, he changes everything he touches, because he uses his media arms in a way no one else does.
