while George Bush is having his colon scoped.
2 hours if all goes well
what harm could one do with presidential powers in a mere 2 hours anyway...
I'm off to the faith board now.

Hmmm..well it wouldn't really make much of a difference. America "Incorporated" runs the Whitehouse anyways. I didn't say anything bad about anyone.)

Perhaps there should be a global meditation to express the hope that the president survives unharmed?
These are the sorts of disturbing conclusions that times like these bring us to.
Money will always rule the world, but in those rankings of the best and the worst president ever, there is a big difference between the best and the worst.
On a related note, I remember Richard Nixon with something like respect, if not affection.
So you see?

While trying to remain civil, I have been wondering what suggestions I could make for how Mr Cheney might perform his duties more creditably, especially for these couple of hours coming up.
With this in mind
"I had other priorities in the sixties than military service." –on his five draft deferments, April 5, 1989
I wondered if he could add a little oblige to his noblesse?

Well, regarding 'well-being', what about the millions of poor government-neglected children, living in poverty in America, who have to turn to crack and crime as a means of survival? They are put in harms way 24-7, for much of their life. That is, as much of their life they get before they are hunted down or killed, or in jail. I honestly have more concern about the millions above.IMHO

Oh yes, I agree, and I guess you could mention the 10 or 15 million people who have died since WWII in the defense of whatever it is.
I'd start with Guatemala myself.
