Dear Mexico

Soon, school will be out and there will be thousands of idle school buses----should we just start making regular trips to the border?

To drop off some leaf blowers in exchange for some Doctors, nurses, and engineers. Just kidding of course--kinda--theory is not the same as practical application.

When the Steward plan is adopted and Mexico is given commonweath status like Puerto Rico the busses will be needed to transport the Border Patrol plus Mexican volunteers north to defend our common northern border.

If the economy tanks in the US I guess we can get jobs in the Guard (no disrespect intended to Guard members, most of my family has served). Maybe even expand it to include building schools, libraries, repairing cities, mentoring kids, building parks. It has done before.

warm regards, Jake

Who knows---with enough schooling, we could land jobs as translators.

No problema, most of us here in south Texas are already fluent in Spanglish :-)

BTW, where do you live Bobby?

Bobby,

Please disregard my last post. I fear that this discussion is headed downhill and I don't want to participate. Please don't direct any more posts toward me regarding Mexico or Mexican-Americans. I apoligize if caused any confusion.

Respectfully, Jake

Thanks Bobby, it's nothing personal. I just decided I wanted to remove myself from all immigration discussions.

warm regards, Jake :-)

I know I've been critical of immigration as of late. It's just, in the wake the 12 million latin american protest, I wanted to give a voice to at least some of the 280 million Americans who did not join in the protest. Just remember----you'll know immigration has gotten out of control when you have to press 2 for English.
