of dollars in Afghanistan and Iraq has resulted in us catching Bin-Laden's driver. How much more will it cost to catch his pool boy and gardener?

Bin Laden's cab driver has already caused Justice David Souter to complain that the relevant facts about habeas corpus are not well known to those who are eager to circumvent that branch of gov't (the judiciary) in order to proceed to the rubber-stamp factory (I mean our equivalent of the Politburo, excuse me, the legislative branch) who are busy "writing laws in the dark."
Catching bin Laden's gardener would, I predict, leave only Justice Antonin Scalia on the Supreme Court.

Legal experts, please correct my comments on habeas corpus, Souter, etc. Too tired to get the basics right at this hour.
