Nothing. First, I've been "boycotting" Aruba all my life so I doubt they'd notice the difference ;)
Second, I do as much as I can to ignore these "missing white girl" stories. The media should be taken to the task for devoting endless hours to stories about runaway brides, disappearing young women and wife killers while ignoring stories that impact the lives of thousands or millions of people. Not that there aren't serious tragedies in many of these tales... but the coverage is way out of proportion to the number of lives truly affected.
