grief has a way of making me hungry, I want to numb the pain. I really sandwiched my pain about Slinky...is it really true?
still in eating denial.
I had ice-cream for the first time in years. with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles...it tasted like heaven and yet my mood is falling into hell.
I can't eat my way out of this sadness.
so sad.

Hi jai narayan,
I don't think you can eat yourself out of sadness. For me bingeing is a maladapted coping mechansim. I do it, tell myself I won't do it again and then do it again.
If you allow cyber hugs, please accept these ((((jai narayan))))).
