I have to get strict with my diet.. HELP!

Posted by spriggy on December 29, 2005, at 23:03:19

I don't need to lose weight but with all my health problems (especially this dang yeast stuff), I'm going to HAVE to go hardcore with my diet.

No sugar (SCREAMING WITH HORROR)
No Coffee ( RUNNING AROUND TERRIFIED OF THE THOUGHT)
No crappy, junk foods ( while eating a peanut butter ball).

I have to do it when New Years' is over. I can't afford to stay this way- I've been so sick and I imagine my sugar intake is partly to blame.

Anyone else up for this and want to join me?

Spriggy,
Dont stop the coffee right all at once. The withdrawals are bad. I also have got to get on a strict diet. Not to lose weight, but because of health reasons.

Drink lots of water and make sure that you eat plenty of raw vegetables. Maybe you should add to your menu instead of concentrating on taking away. Eat a chunk of celery and penut butter. Then you wont be hungry for the peanutbutter ball. Take in plenty of garlic. There are garlic taps.

If you go pure health foods too fast, your body will experience a "healing crisis" A healing crisis is good but not if it throws you into shock.

One time I was taking a supplement called ALJ because I had too much mucus in my lungs because I was a smoker. Well the ALJ was working so well that the mucus was coming out too fast. I was experiencing bad bronchitus. The stuff was coming out wich was good, but the "healing crisis" was happening too much too fast.
