Seroquel works the best for me but I'm constantly hungry, even minutes after eating and I crave bad foods. How can I control this? It makes me gain 30 lbs in a short time! (plus I"m poor and can't afford to eat that much.

Hey ya this is a topic for two boards in a way cause the med does kinda mess with metabolism I know as you can read on it but I am a diabetic and this drug can effect it ...Where you poor before the med or just recently? I ask this because my husband lost his GOOD job took a crappy job for like 1/5th of our old income and well...we are poor now...HE seems to be eating more ..MY theory is like when one feels in threat and they cram carbs for the winter..ME I tend to eat less...so I am thinking it may be your med but talk to your doc on the rarer side effects and it may be the feeling of being poor too.
Maybe you may want to plan and set up ALL meals the night before both for COST and to stretch your food dollar and shrink your waistline....Just an idea
