Ok that was all really good advice. K, I dont
think i am eating lots of flour becaues i dont
think i eat much bread or prepackd food and
when i do eat bread and can ask i get whole
grain if its there or whole wheat if its not.
but man i think i eat lots of sugar. maybe
is why i feel fat.
what is the difference in anaerobic exercise
and aerobic? i do gymnastics and some running
but mostly just gymnastics.
i will google that book cuz maybe that will help me i am a mess lately really.
oh i am vegetarian plus fish so i cant eat
burgeres but i do eat veggie ones sometimes
...
k, i will shut up now and see if yer still around

Hey there how are you :)? Thank you for saying my advice is helpful. It really isn't as complicated as it may seem and I eat out often, more then I cook :) really!!! Refined flour is in a lot of prepacked foods and will say flour or white flour...the only good bread is whole grain and will say whole grain or stoned ground whole grain first, gravy and breaded things have refined flour...sugar has many names I cannot even begin to list them all but corn syrup, sugar, dextrose, sucrose, brown sugar, heavy syrup, and so on. When I eat in or out I eat say fish no breading and maybe shrimp grilled or a burger NO bun cause at most places to eat the bun is refined and has a lot of sugar...no sauces ..I eat meats and grilled veggies a wrap is fine if it is whole wheat...cheese sticks are cool I pick the breading off..hahaha I bet I am fun to eat with...I do not eat pancakes or cookies, candy...my only vice is ketchup its full of sugar but as I exercise a lot I can burn it before I eat it...I hope you stop under eating cause it really isnt good for your body or mind..in fact they have linked diet and anxiety as well as depression. See the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook and well you can google it...Whole grains have B vitamins which help with depression and mood....juices are not as good as whole fruits cause of the fiber...I KNOW :p you can make scrabbled eggs throw some tomato in the pan umm cut up slices or chunks and not too much, mushrooms and cheese and you have a good healthy meal...add an orange and WHOLE WHEAT toast and you are going good....I am glad to hear you exercise that is good anaerobic is better than aerobic for over all as you tend to build muscle and can do more for sculpting your body and eat more later on too lol plus you burn more insulin and this helps keep the diabetes away or in check if one is already diabetic ... What foods do you eat? I missed you btw :)

AWWWW Thanks!! I was on a lot today it was bad weather here and I was on mostly early for my time zone. I was jumping threads :) I do that a lot soon bed for me.

yeah i should go to bed too, but i dont want
to. but i need to. or at least do some work
but i just want to surf the net. terrible
i am a procrastinator. itsok i was crippled with anxiety this week or was it last oh yeah is monday now so i feel tiny bit better but still want to hide in my little computer and pretend it is vacation time.....

OH weather is badhere right now. it should only

Oh my I think I want you to move in lol you called me a genius :) ....you eat well then just eat more maybe . Anaerobic is the kind that builds muscles more like say Tae Bo and weight lifting....Aerobic uses more oxygen like running BOTH are good don't get me wrong but anaerobic does best for long term...OMG HAHAH WHAT SUGAR STUFF ARE YOU EATING??? Sugar doesn't have any real value like the natural sugars in fruit cause that sugar has say vitamin c and so on....fish is good very good....beans are too for vegatarians (SP)best if they are dried beans soaked over night and boiled, eggs, cheese, nuts and so on
You will have to m,aybe tell me/us why youre a mess like what do you mean..on social or psychology tonight or tomorrow..I am gonna recheck psychology and then hit the sack..its 3 a, m again hahahaha HUGS

yeah i am going to bed too i think. I think
i do more anerobic exercise. though i dont do
any tae bo or weight lifting. more pullups and
pushups and handstands and cartwheels and schtuff
like that. hey i would move in but you are like
way over on the east coast and it would be a long
commute and all. maybe ill come visit one day.
i bet you are a genius you know all about tons
of stuff.

now problem with me eating more is that i dont
want to eat more because i want to lose like
15 more pounds except for that i wouldnt be
as good at my gym stuff. but i would love to
be just one pound over underweight i am having
a tough time cuz i wont eat unless i really have
to. there is not a single thign to eat in my
house ever (i know how to make scrambled eggs,
but itsnot a common occurance or antyhing.LOL).

oh i will one day talk about why i am a mess, but
i feel like i just say the same thing over and
over again. i have some brain issue or something.
h*ll i dont know, ihave to many hormones or
seratonins or not enough brain cells or theyre
not wired together right or something. right
now i think its hormones that are realy the problem, but i dont even really know what hormones
do except give me cramps nad make me break out and make me grumpy and jaded.

who knows really. well im gettin off topic.
im going to take a nice sweet lovely sedative
and pass out.

oh but you asked mewhat sugar i eat. i think soy
milk has sugar in it and i drink soda sometimes.
and ithink my food usually has som kinda sauce
on it i dont know. i ate a brownie today, it
was real real good, but i hate that i ate it
cuz i ate it at like 10 pm.

hmmm, i think i am tired and rambling now, i am
glad to see you here, sleep well, and hopefully
we can continue this chittychat later. :)

Awww Sabrina I missed you by seconds I think..I went to pick up all my dogs toys before bed....I did post to you twice above on my take as to what MAY be going on with you and the midsection. Thanks on the figure you will too. When you start the gym YES ..maybe before you can do at home thats like a month of extra exercise...but yes I would add a lot more anareobic exercise to some aerobic...I am still very much into the ballet and Tae Bo type of exercises they are...ewwwww my dog just ate a bug....ugh...they are...well they work out the muscles many machines do not get at..can you tell the bug issue has grossed me out?

Later tonight I am gonna write a post for us in social but..I wanted to ask from your last post a few things...Where are you from??? I am in the MidWest....its cold and windy here...starting to rain...again. I would say you do do anaerobic exercises from what I read...also I am very confused (hahah what is new huh) are you under or overweight or just the correct weight. I got lost in that 1 pound underweight comment....I bet from what I read you do need to eat a tad more that does not always equal weight gain just good nutrients in the body and vitamins and minerals which are better absorbed when eatten then in pil form./ A lot of vitamins and minerals effect how we feel ,...as in for example the B vitamins and the nervous system. On the hormones there are many of them and yes they can often times be the real reason a person is anxious, irritable or depressed if out of whack..Have you ever seen an endocrinologist??? they handle hormones and stuff its worth a shot...btw...my dog sez woof :P SEE YOU IN SOCIAL???

oh, i guess my figure is ok. thanks for saying that. i dont like my figure at all. well right now anyway. i guess i go through stages. but I DO love pumpkin and brown rice! soudns delish.

Fallen is better about what to do at the gym.
I never know what to do so i just play on all
the machines and run the track and do pull ups.
but Im ill imformed. i do random stuff people
have shown me over the years, but im probably
not even doing them right. i do those step
ups onto a step, and my ankles shake.

anyway, nice to see you again!

Hi Fallen,
I am from Californ-I-A. It is windy and
rainy here. Are you sure you arent here? LOL...

As for my weight, i think i am just regular but
I feel over, I am not under but that is my goal,
well my subconscious goal, but i am trying to
maybe maintain, but realy i want to lose, i am
too much for gymnastics. my scale is broken
rightnow. i need to weigh at the gym next time.

you are right maybe i need to eat more but
the right nutrients, since i dont know what those
are too well, i think i wont try that yet, i am
afraid to gain weight.

i could see a endrocrinologist, maybe. i will
think about that. i lost 21% of my body weight
this year and now have gained just a few pounds
back. but im almost where i was before i gained
it all to begin with. when i see myself i think
i am overweight but when i see my friend who
is the same, she looks normal.

You lost 21% of your body weight....wow thats a lot but good if you are at your correct weight now...you do see a doc right?? I woud say as you know if you love gymnastics you had best not lose more you need the muscle and all to do well at it....I gave ya a few good eating tips you will not gain weight on then but will fuel the bod for gymnastics... Hahaha I WISH I was in CA it is not even 40 degrees here but we did have sun that was nice. I have a sore throat so I won't be on much but.......my doggy sez woof :)
