I'm sure there is a thread on this somewhere, but I am easily frustrated! What is the best source of Omegas and EFAs (fish, plant, etc.)and, when that is decided, what is the best brand? I have a mixed relationship with EFAs. I've been on them for a couple of years and hadn't really noticed much of a difference other than occasional irritability. I stopped taking them to see what would happen, especially since my first week of use seemed to correspond with greater than normal hair thinning. It's been over a month and the effect is subtle, but I can tell I'm running a little slower and foggier. This got me thinking that maybe I was taking the wrong kind/brand. Any suggestions on the best and purest?

I have problems absorbing fish oil capsules. So every morning I eat chia seeds with my berries. They are kind of good for you as well.

That's funny: I just started adding them to my morning shake! Hemp and pumpkin seeds too!
