anyone know how potent it is?
i am at risk of Serotonin Syndrome by adding approx. 225mg Bacopa to my daily dose of 2000mg of L-Methionine?

I seriously doubt it. I am not aware of either of those substances having major effects on increasing serotonin concentrations.

Bacopa does have a strong effect on Serotonin receptors, according to this study :

i thought that, as the precursor to SAM-e, l-methionine would have a strong action on serotonin, or is that not a big part of SAM-e's mechanism?
