(1)Clear the searchable online archives every 5 (or so ) year (so that it is also compliant with EU law and the copyright act)
(2)Appoint someone else independent e.g. from the student counseling of Chicago for a reliable delete (they could run it completely or e.g. in turn take over half of the running costs)
(2)Take it down and start it new with modern software like https://www.phpbb.com/
(3) thorough cleansing of the archives and move to the ncbi
(4) Take it down for ever
(5) password protect the archive sites and cleanse it accordingly, give the entitled persons and former participants a password that changes sometimes (e.g. 3rd year) or participants can use their current password and username. Maintenance of a list (user, password, mail) with the entitled persons and users for the archives. Discontinue the boards and make a link on this or another website to the telegram chat groups.

when nothing happens then this must be (partly) taken away from him (if necessary per court order) because he violates too many national as well as international laws. the status quo possesses unchanged and unadapted too many negative risks for participants from the past (in the archives), current and new ones.

IMO take it down forever is the best option since there are too many copyright infringements built up over twenty years. Furthermore Hsiung lied and he can't be trusted at all. But it could be provided alternatives like chat rooms.

So, your goal now is to close down Psycho-Babble?
Having your posts deleted is no longer sufficient for you to allow everyone else to continue benefiting from this website?

It cannot be deleted posts not even thoroughly identifiers. The question is how many people really benefit from that.
You know, studies are often biased. They are designed to measure what something can benefit but they are not designed to measure accurately if something harms more than it benefits.
Participants should not get cured but support the patients referred by the ruler Hsiung during a study.Maybe two also is an option. Universities and student counseling services do have an IT department with people who could run such a database and they also are able to code scripts to handle deleting requests.
With telegram you could call Philippa, by the way. And talk about how you do with the nardil.

So, then, you do indeed want to close down Psycho-Babble?
Okay.
Thank you for looking out for everyone's best interests.
> With telegram you could call Philippa, by the way. And talk about how you do with the nardilDon't make this personal. Your input here was not solicited nor appreciated. It is also irrelevant to this discussion. I respect your privacy. I hope you respect mine. I know that this is a critical concern of yours.

I doubt that Dr. Hsiung has the resources to modernize the programming used for this website. It is based on an old and simple script.
There is a consent page when you register here, and a quiz you must pass to make sure you understand some of the workings of the website. The consent page provides a link to the FAQ page. Unfortunately, you are not required to read it in order to register. However, it clearly explains that it is Dr. Hsiung's policy to not delete posts.
---This suggests that you, SLS, very likely cannot delete posts. Whereas the faqs suggest that the deputies can delete posts, here:
Why do you have deputy administrators? What do they do?
I can't *always* be online, so I ask other members of this community to volunteer to help out as "deputy administrators". Their main function in that role is to try to maintain an atmosphere of civility -- keeping an eye on what's going on and, if necessary:
1.posting requests to be civil
2.blocking posters who continue not to be after one warning
3.deleting grossly inappropriate posts.
They use their best judgment as far as when to intervene, but it isn't easy. They don't want to act too soon, but they don't want to act too late, either.
They do not have access to registration information such as email addresses.----
There are two possibilities (1) when Dr. Robert C. Hsiung suggests in the faqs that the deputy can delete posts but in reality cannot do this then this is a FALSE STATEMENT or (2) the deputies could delete posts but they cant be contacted and vice versa.
It seems for that the ruler Dr. Robert C. Hsiung does not like transparency and democracy.
With telegram you could block philippa from calling and all others too.Btw, my five suggestions for more lawfulness as well as privacy can also be added, combined and modified.
Can you delete posts or redact content SLS ?

I can understand, SLS, that you protect the ruler and mastermind dr. bob.
I suppose that dr. bob likely also has some good traits in his character.

your right, there's no ... unknown ways to get in contact with deputies, really at this point, either your still in contact with dr-bob with his e-mail requesting urgent removal of a post, but besides that, what your write here stays on the server, and google, for as long as dr-bob.org servers are around. All my previous years posting here with unflattering posts, it's like someone reading your diary, it's feels violated. But it's a public site. Maybe Dr-Bob could become envolved with the posters again, and get on his good side and listen to our suggestions
