Although I do, of course, understand the good reasons why Manic has been repeatedly banned, I also think he has many positive things to offer. What is the status of his ban? Does it repeatedly get extended to a year every time he appears with a new name? I may be in a minority, but I would value his honest, positive contributions. Does anyone know what his current status is?

that's a threat. this jerk follows me everywhere.
i''ve never done anything to this guy he's fixated on me. can he be reported to his isp?
i'm having a hard time right now and i don't need this.

i would strongly encourage you to get out of my life.
4) The legal definition of a "threat"
There are four general criteria that the courts and law enforcement personnel use to define a statement as a cyber-threat:
(1) Would the person to whom the statement was directed reasonably feel threatened?
(2) Was the statement clearly directed against a specific individual, or individuals?
(3) Could the statement be viewed by a reasonable person as being part of a free exchange of ideas and opinions (all of which are protected by our First Amendment)?
(4) Does the greater context in which the statement was made support the contention that it is a threat?

provocative title. why don't you tell me?
have you? manic is writing checks with his mouth that his *ss can't cash.
he had another poster here send me a message from him. i deleted it.
he's jumped me here under different posting names several timesbecause YOU care you ask phil how are you? for three weeks i can't go to a grocery store, no food. i can't look at bills and some of it needs to be seen. i'm so weak and shaky it would take 45 minutes to clip my fingernails. i can't do laundry, i can't do anything. i have no support right now. so, i say, phil likes to sleep. i go to bed and 5 minutes later i'm hallucinating if it's intense i'm up all night.
i have never done anything to manic and i would highly suggest that he learn to stop a behavior than he thinks is benign and well fun. because i will put up with it for a time but i can be very tenacious and i'll do everything legally possible to make his life unpleasant. You are posting under a different name. i wonder if i disliked you as much under the other. Ii have people that don't like me here i'm sure we all do. but in all my time here, two blocks, both about lou.
i'm not someone that likes to hurt people but i have.
tell you a secret. i have a friend off 33 years that i got in a repetitious loop of sending emails that weren't nice. he's adjustable pissed. i have to leave him alone but it won't kill this friendship. when i thought why? i didn't have an answer.
when you are bipolar you will lose friends and relationships.
you cannot use bipolar as an excuse.i'm not saying that i'm better than manic. what i am say is just give me space i don't deserve this.

You can give it a try. But I wouldn't hold my breath. Have you been following the conversation about shields?
