And don't show mercy like you did with Larry et al. I had my one PBC chance. If *I* don't know better, who does?
I know I will regret it when I cool off but it seems worth it this second.
Sorry and thank you. -- 10der

You spoke your mind. I see nothing wrong with that.

I do.
It violates the rules here, which I believe in and helped enforce for years. Not fond of being a hypocrite.
Far more importantly, it violates my Christian beliefs, and I even did it purposely.
Choosing to sin because it feels good at the time, or any other excuses, is serious to me.
But thanks anyway....I think.

I was just saying to give yourself a effin break. Shooting to be perfect is the perfect recipe for failure and self-loathing, and your response seems to bear that out. WWJD?
I've found that if I don't try so hard, I can actually do BETTER with moods and behavior, whereas beating myself up doesn't facilitate that.

"A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines"
It applies rather well to many aspects of PB, if you think about it.

Honestly I see nothing wrong with your reply? Why are you beating yourself up? When I've notified admin via the report button. A Lot of them were not better than your and most likely worse. Phillipa

I don't think you were a hypocrite. You were willing to accept the consequences. Have you cooled off now? Would you consider an apology?
I agree, choosing to sin is serious. Would you be willing to reflect on that experience?
Bob
PS: I can't help thinking you seem less "demanding of careful handling" than before.

No, and absolutely not. I am not sorry for what I said to that person. Maybe someday I will be...
I don't want to discuss sin with you. Especially my sins.
Your PS means nothing to me. You must catalog posts like Lou and then go back to them, assuming we remember these priors threads/posts. I don't know the context of that, and I'm afraid you might tell me. If you are trying to provoke me to more uncivil posts, engage me in one of your cryptic, maddening exchanges and you will get your wish.
Please block me instead. I HATE that you won't even enforce the civility rules the way I did, my fellow deputies did, and you did at one time. It's awful.

((((((((10)))))))))
What I most remember about you is how freaked you were when I returned after going AWOL that time... I was so deeply touched that you cared. And sorry to have scared you...
I wish I could take you away from here. Give you a holiday. Over on social... Or psychology maybe.
Come Babble with us...
Where do you live? Do you like it? There are different degrees of 'dream' but... If you could live anywhere what would your dream be??

On the subject of deputies... Are there any deputies at the moment?
