A. Why is an administrative presence needed here?

I find it interesting that the Medication board needs no such presence. There is nothing going on over there other than education and support. No flames. How about that.

I used to believe that. I even had a lovely theory about why it might be true. Needless to say, after the last few weeks, that theory has now gone the way of most theories. It turns out it tried to explain something that wasn't true in the first place.I think that when med board posters bring their quarrels to other boards it is still very much a med board problem.

I perceive so much hurt, anger, etc. on both sides of issues, disagreements and perceived untoward behaviors. I think we are all capable of proper and improper behavior. I have thought about these boards, these situations over the past little bit. While I would like to see more oversight to these boards, at this point, I'm convinced it will not have much of an impact. I no longer believe oversight would help.... This makes me sad for so many.... all really..... Including myself. Feel free to judge me and think of me however you will.
