What happened to them?
I am noting a number of topics on the medication's board that specifically *I feel* belong on other boards - like health, social etc.... either that or change the mission's statement of the med's board.
Redirects used to be commonplace and now appear rare. Yes, the redirects did, at times, spell a death of a thread.
The closing of some boards has come up. Is that close to happening?

I think we just don't see them, especially on Meds, it is so big, and not all of us read it. Those of us who do can't really keep up or notice all the topics that stray from meds.
Of course, there can be times we do leave some somewhat off-topic ones, but they may be a mixture of topics, including medications, so it's difficult to really tease out what's what. Often , we'll leave those - especially short threads that may be mixed in their subjects. It's a bit of a judgment call.
Dr. Bob will often do a whole bunch every once in a while, but those times are more rare, you're right.
Closing boards is still on his list, but don't know how far down that list or what time frame. He changes his priorities sometimes, too, so I wouldn't even dare hazard a guess.
Using the notification system to let us know is best. I'm working on some right now, actually :-)

I know how Bob feels....scratch that....I have NO idea how Bob feels..but Dinah keeps saying that he doesn't want each forum to have it's own deputy and I think this is a perfect example of why I'm right. :-) . Politics has been the poster child lately of being on the radar..I hope that we'll get some rest and the Med board can be shaken and stirred.
Thanks, Pat

I'm not aware of any more myself, so if you've seen some, you can use the Notification system to let us know. Thanks.
This is the end of the thread.
