As a member of this community - at least part time : ) - I would like to thank the adm for handling the very difficult situations that arise.
I may not always agree with adm calls and I have not always been a model poster. I recognize how difficult your positions are. The willingness to voluntarily adm the boards is not often given the appreciation it should.

Yes
The civility rules have been used with restraint and a concern for outcome.
The best it's been for years, IMO.

I always try my best and also try to scrutinize my own actions.
Sometimes it seems to work out ok, sometimes not.
I know there are times when it's especially difficult for one or another deputy. And in those times I know that statements of support and positivity can really really help a lot. I really can't overestimate that. I personally have had times where I really questioned whether I was doing any good, or if I was as awful as I felt at that moment, and a kind word had me smiling through my tears and encouraged to venture forth again.
I really appreciate this.
