I don't usually read Administration, but I just happened to tonight, and was bowled over by the thread above (the one mentioned by Sigismund). It kept changing topics, ranging from personal revelations to cultural and historical news, and from personal attacks to eloquent rebuttals. This thread must hold the record for the number of posters banned and the number of subjects discussed, The thread seemed to keep landing in wild areas, only to regroup and then go off again in completely new, unexpected directions. I hope you won't misunderstand me when I say that it made fascinating reading, and was, taken altogether all at once, extremely funny. It's sort of a mini-history of Babble in one thread.
