I know the guidelines. I am not officially going to ask for the PDNP, and I don't expect it to be enforced by babble deputies, as I feel it doesn't need to be, and my reasons are personal in nature, not something I want to share. I am just politely asking for them not to post to me, if they still do I am not expecting anyone to do anything, and if they do I will just not read them. I am just trying to keep myself safe and my anger in control. I am not expecting any enforcement. Aren't we allowed to ask someone not to post to us? If I am going something wrong, I don't mean to.

__I don't mean anything bad against the deputies, that they wouldn't do their job, I just meant I don't feel it is nessary to go official with the request. I think a while back I was asked "unoffically" to leave them alone in fact by 2 different people, so I thought it was allowed to do so as nothing was said to them about it. So I am just trying to protect myself, maybe it would be better for me to take a few days off babble instead. It is hard because I really need some of my friends right now, but I don't want to get triggered either by my anger and hurt. So I don't know what to do. Maybe I should just use babblemail with my friends for now. I guess I should leave for awhile.

No, you aren't allowed to do that. Dr. Bob changed the rules because he considered that asking someone not to post to you might lead someone to feel accused or put down. The rule is not to do that on the board. Whether or not you wish it to be enforced is a separate issue.

Okay, I really didn't know. I thought it was just for official stuff. I don't want to hurt anyone, I just want to keep safe, if Dr. Bob can remove my request, I would appreciate it and won't do it again.

Dr. Bob removes posts in only a few circumstances, I'm afraid.
