This is not criticism but I'm trying to understand why videos with sound can use words and sayings we can't write. And be civil . I do enjoy them but why are they different just don't understand. Thanks Phillipa

If anyone links to videos whose content you find uncivil, please use the notify the administration function, and Dr. Bob will look at it.
I think the rule is that direct links to materials that would be deemed uncivil on babble is uncivil.

You don't/can't. You just don't post a link to anything - video, other webpage, etc., with uncivil content. People can always provide things like that to those interested privately, via Babblemail.

The admin team relies on the community members for help in identifying posts that might be uncivil. That's exactly what the notify admin tool is for. It's not possible for anyone in admin to read every post and check every link here. There's just too many posts for that, especially with a part-time, volunteer deputy team and part-time administrator.
