I apologize. Searched FAQ and Tips and Extras but saw no way to have my password sent to my email inbox?

Post here (if you still can) or email Dr. Bob directly if it doesn't work, but I think the server is usually reliable.
I was thinking....how did you log on to post this question if you forgot your PW? But then I realized....it probably fills in automatically for you, like mine does, and if I ever change PC settings....or am using another computer....then that space will be blank and I always have to have mine reset too, because although I 'supposedly' write it down....errr....I can never find the paper where I wrote it down!! sigh.

I was trying to stop notifications from a particular thread.
It asked me for my password. I entered what I'd thought it was, but was wrong. Tried another name and that didn't work either.
Thought if I did a search for this in FAQ it would tell me what steps to take to 'get my password'.
I have no prob' posting as PW is in there auto, like u say.
Soooo, do I use this link to reset and enter a *new password*?
There's no system to have my password sent to my email address? I cannot for the life of me recall it.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me here. Crazy!

There's no system, as in an automated way. You have to email Dr. Bob directly if you've forgotten your current password and want him to send that one to you by email. He is the only person with access to either email addresses or passwords. If you do, put "Psycho-Babble" in the subject line, as he has a lot of email to sort through.
It might take a while, so if you don't want to wait you might want to follow the steps in the link and reset your PW instead.

Okay. I was just thinkin' maybe I needed my current one to reset to a new one.
No rush. I'll try DB and put PB in subject line and await.
If I should be unable to get in, I'll go w/ the reset.
