I have tried to email Dr. Bob (twice) and update my registration and I never get an email. What's the deal? I want to use my old name johnnyj. What can I do? Thank you

It sometimes takes Dr. Bob a while to catch up on emails. I'm sure he'll help you get your old name back as soon as he can.

Sometimes the email can go there, and it gets missed.
