Dr. Hsiung,
In regards to your procedure to keep reminding you about an outstanding request, I had posted on July 8 to you in regards to your TOS here concerning your policy, rules, actions you take and asking for rationales.
My requests to you are to find out if you are wanting to mean that,{my faith says} is or is not equivalent to {The Rider said to me} in regards to the post where I posted, [...The Rider said to me XXX (the foundation of Judaism)...].
If I could know if you are wanting to mean that they are or are not equivalent, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.
You also asked if I would be willing to ask someone else. You posted in the thread on July 25 a clarification to those that may be considering responding in the thread. You wrote,[...my idea was to ask them what they think, not what I mean...]
I could appreciate any member's input here as to what they think. However, I prefer to have your thinking posted in regards to my requests because my requests are concerning your rules, rationales and policy and actions that you have taken and I am asking you if you are wanting the phrases in question to be equivalent or not.

If you are considering being a respondant to this thread in regards to Dr. Hsiung's invitation for members to post what they think, here are some aspects of clarification.
The TOS writes that it is not OK to post ,[...{My faith says} XXX...]. There is a post by me that is not approved where I write,[..{The Rider said to me} XXX (the foundation of Judaism)...]
If the two phrases in question are equivalent, that could mean one thing that could be different if the two phrases are not equivalent.
I am asking then if you are going to write what you think in regards to this, that you give a rationale for your thinking and I could then respond accordingly. If you would like more clarification from me, that could be fine to post what you would like clarified here.
Dr. Hsiung has asked that you post what you think, not what he thinks. But could your thinking be as of another person's thinking besides Dr. Hsiung? If so, if you are posting someone else's thinking other than Dr. Hsiung's thinking, could you post that you think that your thinking is the same as someone else's thinking and cite a reference for such?

> LouFriends,
Let us look further into this in order so that if you are considering to be a respondant in this thread, there could be more clarification.
Dr. Hsiung has posted;
[...my idea was to ask them what they think, not what I mean...]
Dr. Hsiung has asked for members that would want to, to post their thinking on the subject. He has also written that posting your thinking is not posting what Dr. Hsiung means, which could be his thinking.
So without posting what DR. Hsiung {means}, you will not be posting his {thinking}.
I am asking that if you are going to post here, that you read the opening page of the faith board and what is in the links for guidlines and exceptions and the discussions thearin. There you will find some of Dr. Hsiung's thinking as to what he means. In particular, but not limited to, [...if the foundation of a faith puts down those of another faith...], and my statement, [...it is the foundation of my faith...].
These are part of the requests that I have to Dr. Hsiung concerning his thinking as to what he means as to if {my faith says} is or is not equivalent to {The Rider said to me}. If I was to know if they are equivalent or not, then I could respond accordingly because in the statement that is unapproved,[...The Rider said to me XXX (the foundation of Judaism)...] I am unsure as to what is the part that is uncivil in the statement as to if it is {the foundation of Judaism} or {the Rider said to me}. If I know if the phrases in question arew equivalent or not, then I could have a better understanding of that.
I think that by the grammatical structure of Dr. Hsiung's statement in question to the members here, that he has asked that if you post to this that you post what you think, not what you think that he means by his thinking.
Your thinking about this could also be related to other requests that I have here to Dr.Hsiung. One of which is if he considers {my faith says}, {people of my faith believe} and {they belive it because their faith teaches it} to be equivalent.
Another aspect of this discussion could bring in also the post by DR. Hsiung where he writes that saying that {I believe} does not make an unapproved post approved.
