This is how complaints are preferrably handled nowadays.love,

i'm very unaware of how these things are handled.
i do regret that this was handled improperly and will try to follow through with this the proper way.
i also am embarrassed for my mistake in not following the proper procedures and hope this has not caused any undue harm.
my deepest apologies for my mistake,
kk

The Please Do Not Post (Dr. Bob prefers that terminonolgy, I think) can be made on board. The reasons for the PDNP should be sent by notification or email.
Whether or not the request will be upheld will be posted, so that both parties will know.

In reply to dnp request..., posted by karen_kay on June 26, 2007, at 14:55:16
after careful consideration i have decided to retract my pdnp request.
i find that the request is beyond my ability to comprehend at this moment. i reserve the right, in the future, to request another, towards anyone, anything, any vehicle, any child, animal, basically anything i find unnerving.
i hope that i have spelled everythign correctly, so that this appears somewhat official.
i hope that this is civil, as i mean it to be, and jsut witty enough to make it humorous.
i hope that i have blinked precisely 5 times, so that this pdnp will be retracted.
thank you for your consideration adn will someone with authority please grant my retraction?
kk
ps. i'm unsure of the guidelines, but are retractions to be posted? i'm severely sorry for any upset i may have caused and did i mention just how very cute i am? i certainly am and hope that grants me a bit of leeway in this matter.

Did you ever get an answer on whether your PDNP request was going to be upheld or not?

Cool. I must have missed it, but glad you got an answer. And what great personal eyelid control you have! Yet another KK talent. :)

Thanks, I really appreciate that. I'm sorry if the new procedures are complicated, but I do think it tends to be more supportive if lines of communication stay open.

and i think you could really show your appreciation in other ways.
perhaps babblemail would be a more appropriate way to discuss these ways?
thank you for your appreciation.
thank you for your support.
thank you for being handsome and quite charming.
your favorite (and only kk here, i believe, thus making this no lie),
