You can't do it - only admin can remove a post.
That request was received, but is still outstanding. I've flagged it for Dr. Bob as he will have to decide. The deputies are obliged to follow his general policy of not removing posts, except under very limited, specific circumstances (posts from a blocked poster, for example)
Please be patient - he has been around more and is working his way through old and new requests/issues. Maybe give it another day or two then send a reminder notification? And you can always email him directly, of course.
