Declan outed himself in an earlier post. So it would seem he was not concerned about keeping his previous posting name a secret. Plus are you sure he didn't give Phillipa permission to use his previous name? Couldn't your prescribed block be interpreted as jumping to conclusions?

ps The only reason as I understand it he changed his screen name was because he couldnt get into babble using his original screen name after the hacking mess .

I've just unblocked Phillipa, and I send my apologies to her for this error.
For the record, I blocked Phillipa after receiving a complaint about the post. When I read the post, it looked to me as though it did violate the civility guidelines, and I hadn't read the post where Sigismund gave permission to use his previous posting name. Now that I've had that post pointed out to me, and Sigismund has verified that it's OK with him, I have unblocked Phillipa.

Racer I just found thanks you so much yes that's what happened and I suspect with recent hacking it might happen again. Those of us who could keep their old name were lucky. Again thank-you from the bottom of my heart. Love Phillipa

it's nothing personal i just wouldn't call it classy. gabbi's classy. not that you aren't classy, but the action wasn't. i'm uncertain if i should report this, sign a new lease, or what, but i jsut wouldn't choose that word.
i guess the word i would choose to describe it would be fair (perhaps) though i wonder about phillipa's state of mind during her block. that's all i'm saying.
an honest mistake, i'm not arguing that. and it was made right, perhaps. but, does she get a get out of jail free card or something for being unfairly blocked?
just my thoughts dear, nothing personal, like i said...

i hope you realize your opinion counts for a whole hell of a lot doll. (and why does opinion look like it's spelled wrong? i checked it against yours, and if it's spelled wrong, so is yours :)
i'm just not fond of the action that led to the unblocking. nothing against racer, nothing against deputies. i love the deputies (i often think of them in cheerleading outfits.. or do i often wear cheeleading outfits for them? i forget...)
maybe what i meant is that the prior action wasn't classy, therfore the action afterwards couldn't be classy? i don't know.. my opinion changes every second of every day dear. honestly.
it does take a lot to publicly admit a mistake, i admit that. i applaud that one. but, the blocking i don't. (and i'm still not sure if this is supposed to be reported or not. these rules are somewhat confusing, with reporting problems and such...)
your opinion is worth more than my movie star hair dear. and trust me, i wouldn't take less than a billion dollars for my hair.
i'm jsut seeing things through phillipa's view. if it were me and i was blocked, i'd be very hurt. what about her? seems she uses this site for support often (and i'm not her advocate or anythign like that, i hardly know her), and am just thinking about things from her point of view.
maybe i shoudl learn to keep my own mouth shut, but i've been doing that for years and lately i've just been in a hissing mood dear. it's my own sh*t, no one else's jsut my own. adn if babble was my life line (well, i guess it kinda is and i'm attempting to get away from that actually), i'd be very hurt if i was blocked by an error.
just my honest opinion and it's nothing personal.
