It does not matter what agreement you click on. Copyright law in the US, and in all countries which are included in several agreement conventions, including Canada, AUstralia, UK and most developed nations, clearly states that in order for copyright to be transferred or re-assigned there has to be a written (yes as in on paper) agreement signed by you (yes, in that old stuff called ink).
Imagine that.
